What can 10 minutes of quiet time do for you?
We all get caught up in the next task of our day and often forget something that we meant to do. Also, we get so caught up running through our day we do not take a simple 10 minutes to just reflect on things of the past, present, or future. Take 10 minutes today to just focus on good quality deep breaths. It will allow your mind to have a release and your body will thank you for it.
For those of you that are keeping up we are now up to 15 minutes. The final goal is to give yourself atleast 1 hour a day!
